Client Example – Bord Gáis Energy - Sales 
Bord Gáis Energy reacted to a recently de-regulated market by launching a field sales team to sell their discounted electricity product to homes and businesses nationwide. The brief was to provide an order capture solution that worked in real time with Salesforce.com and allowed a mapping based leads management tool to integrate with the field activities.
Alongside this, all orders had to be validated in the office and information taken automatically from the electricity networks provider and billing confirmed through Realex payment processing. This was all accomplished within the PSI app.
The solution has been a great success for PSI Mobile and Bord Gáis. The application allows Bord Gáis to enable street level sales team planning, capturing all sales electronically, processing 40% more sales than originally envisioned and offering a rejection rate of less than 1%
Client Example – Bord Gáis Networks – Meter reading
PSI in conjunction with a PSI reseller, Crest Solutions, have won the contract for meter reading automation in Ireland for Bord Gáis Networks. The process involves the meter reading of all gas supply meters nationwide using the Motorola MC9090s. PSI’s Integrated Mobile Application Platform was chosen because if its ease of deployment, low maintenance cost, SAAS licensing model, strong implementation team and ability to integrate with existing infrastructure
